Currently, we accept payment through PayPal. When you send a request to order through our product page, we will send you a quote, production time, shipping time for you to review and approve. Our online website is coming soon, but until then we will handle all orders personally.

Design Meem is a small studio and all pieces are made to order and generally leave our studio 7- 10 days after the order has been processed. We ship worldwide with EMS. We will do our best to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. All customers receive an update once the order has been dispatched. The shipping prices do not include duty or customs fees that your country may charge. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not responsible for them. If you choose to decline receipt of your package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping, taxes, duties and/or custom charges incurred for the return. Design Meem is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can email us in 7 days after receiving the parcel to arrange a return.

This must be within 7 days after confirmed by us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. You may ship using any method of your choice, at your expense. Please send us a tracking number after dispatched. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Design Meem is not responsible for shipping costs, nor customs reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
 

Repairs
